Building in Southern + coastal Maine
From new construction to extensive remodels, we coordinate the people, materials, and details that turn a design into a finished home.
Custom cabinetry and architectural millwork are made in our own shop and fitted to the rooms they serve.
01
A new home brings together the site, the design, and the way you want to live. Russ coordinates with clients and the design team from early budgeting through construction and finish.
02
Remodeling starts with understanding the home that is already there. We work through existing conditions, additions, and changes to the layout while preserving the character that makes the property worth keeping.
03
Cabinetry, built-ins, trim, and architectural woodwork are made in our own shop and fitted on site. Proportions, materials, and finishes are developed to suit the rooms around them.
Experience in Maine
Coastal and oceanfront homes bring particular questions about exposure, drainage, site access, and materials. Russ works through those details with owners and the design team, alongside planning for custom homes and substantial remodels throughout Southern Maine.
Clients work directly with Russ through planning, construction, and the finished details.
