Building in Cape Elizabeth

Custom homes and remodels in Cape Elizabeth.

Cape Elizabeth is a focus of our Southern Maine work. The portfolio includes the wooded setting at Tiger Lily Lane in Cross Hill, a Shore Road coastal estate, and a contemporary residence at Trundy Point.

Russ Doucette builds new custom homes and undertakes substantial remodels. Coastal and waterfront homes are a specialty, with the same attention to the property and the finished rooms on inland sites.

01

Different settings, distinct homes.

At Tiger Lily Lane, a shingle-style exterior opens to arched doorways, coffered ceilings, and fitted shelving. The Shore Road estate brings wood ceilings and window seating into rooms overlooking the water. At Trundy Point, broad glazing, a floating stair, and a walnut entry door define a different architectural approach.

02

Bring the property into the conversation.

Share the site, property status, drawings, and any survey or planning information you already have. For coastal properties, ask the design team which shoreland, flood, setback, or lot-coverage questions need investigation with the appropriate local professionals. The requirements and construction approach depend on the particular property.

03

Plan a new home or a substantial remodel.

For new construction, tell us where you are in the property search or design process. For a remodel, share the existing house and the changes you are considering. Town, scope, investment goal, timing, and design readiness help make the first conversation useful.
